An eye-popping escapade from Canada's gushing Niagara Falls to multicultural downtown Toronto, with the option of must-see Montreal - including all travel

Discover three gems of Canada, with this six or nine-night trip split between North America's Toronto, the jaw-dropping Niagara Falls and an optional extension to Quebec's charismatic Montreal.

You'll begin at Canada’s grand Sheraton On The Falls Hotel, the home of the only spa in the world to overlook Niagara Falls. Enjoy GUINOT spa products and floor-to-ceiling views of the Falls from some of the guest rooms, alongside the award-winning restaurant. From the gushing splendour of Niagara, you'll whizz northbound up the glorious Lake Ontario to experience downtown Toronto in all its buzzing glory.

The capital of the province of Ontario sits along Lake Ontario’s northwestern shore and makes for a dynamic metropolis with a core of soaring skyscrapers, dwarfed by the city's iconic CN Tower. The largest city in Canada (by population) is ready and waiting to be explored, and your base for three nights at Holiday Inn Downtown centre is the prime spot from which to see all the city's best bits. Stroll to Yorkville's stylish shops, explore the city's Gay Village and be sure to see the Royal Ontario Museum, combining more than six million items and forty galleries to form the the largest and most frequented museum in Canada.

Choose to extend your stay with an additional three nights to explore the best of Montreal, staying at Hotel Chateau Versailles, located in the heart of the city. This vibrant city, set on an island in the Saint Lawrence River, is full of fascinating landmarks, architectural feats, amazing restaurants and countless shopping spots. Don't leave without tasting Canada's favourite dish - poutine - an interesting yet tasty ensemble of fries smothered in cheese curds and gravy.

When it comes to USPs – having the only spa in the world to feature treatment areas and a Relaxation Lounge overlooking the Niagara Falls is certainly something to mention about Sheraton On The Falls Hotel. In addition to its Hydrotherapy Infinity Tub and GUINOT spa products, it also features 669 guestrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and some offering views of the Falls. Its CAA/AAA Four-Diamond Award-winning Windows by Jamie Kennedy Fresh Grill & Wine Bar also brings the region’s most extensive wine list and a seasonally focused menu to this 20-acre Falls Avenue Resort.

She spent time with me working out all the finer details. The original destination I didn’t want to go to and the flights were not very nice times. So she talked through other destinations and flight times.

Service rating : The experience was excellent. The guides were very informative and they knew their history,

The hotels were an excellent choice and all staff were very helpful and polite.

The only bad experience was being taken to shops/workshops where we were shown items of jewellery, clothing or shown how traditional works are done and (although not expected or pressurised) felt that the vendor tried to sell the items to us when we did not wish to purchase any of them. I did not pay to be taken to these places and did feel very uncomfortable when the patrons told us that we would only need to pay (an amount) and they would ship this direct to our house, no hassle!!! we did tell the last guide that we did not want to go to any of these shops/workshops.
Product : excellent value for money

Viva holidays were very helpful however there was no transfers included in the package. Which left us to sort it out ourselves plus the hotels were very far from the city centre.
Their customer service was really good.
