Ratings Guide: Excellent Good Poor Bad
MYSTERYShe spent time with me working out all the finer details. The original destination I didn’t want to go to and the flights were not very nice times. So she talked through other destinations and flight times.
IndiaGreat service throughout , we had exactly what we expected and would use Viva again
IndiaService rating : The experience was excellent. The guides were very informative and they knew their history,
The hotels were an excellent choice and all staff were very helpful and polite.
The only bad experience was being taken to shops/workshops where we were shown items of jewellery, clothing or shown how traditional works are done and (although not expected or pressurised) felt that the vendor tried to sell the items to us when we did not wish to purchase any of them. I did not pay to be taken to these places and did feel very uncomfortable when the patrons told us that we would only need to pay (an amount) and they would ship this direct to our house, no hassle!!! we did tell the last guide that we did not want to go to any of these shops/workshops.
Product : excellent value for money
Europe & AfricaViva holidays were very helpful however there was no transfers included in the package. Which left us to sort it out ourselves plus the hotels were very far from the city centre.
Their customer service was really good.
