New York & All-Inclusive Cancun

Service rating : The layover time between flights not long enough at all. The time to get through passport control in JFK was a joke which left no time to check in again and go through security safe to say we missed our connecting flights. Hotel in NYC not great and wifi awful. Mexico hotel looked beautiful but food was pretty poor and service same at bars and pools. Toilet seat in room fell off and left same during our stay. We even avoided areas of hotel as sales staff for their timeshare trying to get you to sign up. Even outside buffet at breakfast time waiting to ask you when not even had coffee. Too pushy when you meant to be there relaxing. We were frankly not sad to go home

A very well organised holiday. Five of the six transfers went well the only exception being the transfer from Krakow rail station to the hotel. We were told we would be collected from the entrance area which lead to total confusion for us & the taxi driver because the train station is also the bus station. Also the Petrus hotel is well outside Krakow requiring taxi fares all the time. Perhaps a more centrally located hotel would be better.
Overall we thought the holiday was just what we had expected. Well done.

Service rating : Never heard of this company before but had great prices for multi centre holidays on their website. Decided to extend and add a few nights. Explained what I wanted and spent two or three emails and a couple of phone calls with Sandy to get it right. It was only after I paid the deposit I got cold feet and started worrying.
The good news was I never should have worried as everything 2 flights 2 train journeys and 3x3 hotel room worked perfectly. The hotels were good and in reasonable locations.
Would highly recommend using Viva holidays and have been on their website looking at other holidays.
Product : I booked a multicentre holiday which was excellent. Flights, hotels and trains were all on time and good quality.
