Booking Process :-
Booking a holiday on our website is fast and Easy just follow some basic steps as advised below and you’re all set and ready to go.

Step 1:- Chose the Airport and Destination
On our Home page we have a Search box where you can select the Airport you can fly from and the destination you would prefer to spend your holiday. Select the dates and Number of nights along with the Star rating and Board Basis (All Inclusive, Half Board or Self Catering)
If you have a specific Property or Hotel in Mind you can just Type it next to the Property Name and then Press Search

Step 2:- Select the Flights with Suitable Flight timings
After searching through various Charter (i.e. Thomson and Thomas Cook) and Low Cost Carrier (Easy Jet) it will sort out the search from the Cheapest to most expensive flights along with the flight timings and alternatively it will show flights which are cheaper around the dates under Alternative Flights.
The price would include all Taxes and Supplement.

Select the flight which is best suited and Continue.
Step 4:- Select the Accommodation
The next page will give you list of Accommodations matching your search criteria which was specified under step 1, these will be pre sorted by price, low- high. Please read through the description and check the reviews for the property in order to make an informative decision and if you need more details or have any special requirement please give our customer service team a call on 0208 819 4681 or 0800 6800 790 they will be more than happy to assist you.
Once you decided on which hotel you would prefer to go to select and continue

Step 5:- Optional Extras
This is where you can select optional extras i.e. transfers, extra luggage, in-flight meals and car hire once selected please press continue and it will give you the total price for the holiday minus the credit card charge.

Option 6:- Details
Please enter your details i.e. name and address.
Please not that you must enter your name as it appears on the passport and the address which your card is registered to, along with your email address.
Please read our terms and condition select agree by ticking the box and if you like receive our marketing emails in the future please tick the box and continue.

Option 7:- Payment
Please put in your card details and press continue once the holiday is confirmed it will give you a booking reference number and you will receive your holiday confirmation with 24 hours.

Option 8:-
When you make a booking you guarantee that you have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these booking conditions. A contract will exist as soon as the booking is confirmed on our computer system. The contract will be filed by Viva Tours & Travel and will be concluded in English. Confirmation is given in the form of an ATOL receipt for flight inclusive bookings. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions, which are governed by English law, and the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Option 9 :-
Once the booking is confirmed and any changes to made should send us in writing to the below email address admin@viva-holidays.co.uk
